THE MEETING OF ARMENIAN AND ARTSAKH ADVOCATES TOOK PLACE

On October 2, 2023 a discussion was held at the Chamber of Advocates of RA with the participation of the chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, the rector of the Academy of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, head of the Public Defender’s office of the Republic of Armenia, the chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Artsakh, the director of the School of Advocates of the Republic of Artsakh, head of the Public Defender’s office of the Republic of Artsakh, advocates and other representatives.
The sides discussed issues related to providing the advocates from Artsakh with employment, taking into account that more than 20 law offices have expressed readiness to hire the advocates.
The Chamber of Advocates and the Academy of Advocates will provide the chairman of the Chamber of Advocates of Artsakh, the Head of the Public Defender’s office of Artsakh and the Director of the School of Advocates of Awith working conditions.
The Chamber of Advocates provides working conditions and technical means to the advocates of Artsakh.
The working group of the Chamber of Advocates of RA, headed by the Financial Director, assists the lawyers of Artsakh in the search for accommodation.
